The Town is 10 miles south of Torrington, 23 miles west of Hartford and is bordered by Waterbury, Plymouth, Harwinton, Litchfield, and Watertown. Thomaston is a residential community that consists predominantly of single-family homes affordable across a broad range of income levels. Residents are served by Thomaston's diversified economic base which includes many small and medium-sized manufacturers offering opportunities to its students through sound annual budgets, diverse course offerings, and internship/exploration programs.

- $225.40 per day for Connecticut Bureau of Certification Certified School Social Worker; No benefits/No paid time off
