Learning Center Coordinator (Part-Time)
Ben Bronz Foundation, Inc.

Ben Bronz Learning Center provides individualized tutoring and education programs for students who learn differently. We believe that all students want to learn and we help students break through the barriers to success.  The skills and strategies taught at The Learning Center can help students achieve measurable gains in school – surpassing anything many have ever experienced. The sense of accomplishment this success instills sets the stage for a lifetime of learning.
We are currently looking for a Learning Center Coordinator to work part-time, Monday through Thursday from 1:00 pm–7:00 pm (some flexibility possible). The Learning Center Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director.

  • Coordinate Learning Center activities during primary business hours Monday through Thursday from 1 pm-7pm. (Additional hours may be added as customer demand grows.)
  • Develop a comprehensive tutoring program at the Learning Center.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week of tutoring clients.
  • Work with Executive Director to develop and increase offerings.
  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate academic or enrichment-related offerings.
  • Develop relationships with schools and the community to market the learning center.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective families and explain offerings.
  • Coordinate tutoring schedules.
  • Tutor students as scheduled.
  • Create academic plans for students to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor student progress.
  • Conduct meetings with current parents to review progress.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Teacher Certification required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient working with data.
  • Ability to work Learning Center hours and times.
