Recruitment Coordinator (part-time/19.5 hours per week)
Position Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of Managing Director of Non-Instructional Services, CREC Resource Group

Essential Job Functions:
This part-time position recruits education specialists (e.g., paraeducators, speech and language specialists, school and district administrators) for short- and long-term employment assignments. 
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Leverage recruiting sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about CREC and the open positions.
  • Prescreen candidates, including electronic and telephone. 
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Interview candidates, using best practices in face-to-face, behavior-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and client school districts.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing with clients by providing information on the school and district, contract needs, and job expectations.
  • Perform reference checking on selected candidates and reviews results.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with school districts regarding placements
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate brokering.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.
  • Provide guidance to full-time placements regarding benefits, hours, contracts, and other HR matters
·         Use standard office equipment, such as personal computers and copiers.

Travel Requirements:
·         Travel between schools, or between schools and central offices, may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timelines.
  • Works cooperatively with all Staffing Solutions team members to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
  • Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sources strategies including sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends. 
  • Excellent project management, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications Profile:
  • BS/BA in Business or Human Resources with at least 5 years of business experience.
  • Must have an understanding and knowledge of recruitment components and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience
