ATTENDANCE MONITOR
HARDING HS
$25 PER HOUR/5 HOURS A WEEK/22 WEEKS

ATTENDANCE MONITOR
HARDING HS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor student attendance and determine students who are at risk of becoming chronically absent.
- Prepare data reports
- Meet regularly with school personnel to discuss reports and concerns.
- Maintain accurate detailed records pertaining to student absences: reasons, contact with parent/guardian etc.
- Attend meetings and trainings as appropriate.
- Conduct home visits where necessary
- Maintain contact with families of students with attendance concerns.
- Enforce the importance of good attendance with the student and their families.
- Comply with Child Find requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the administration as necessary
