Corpus Christi School is a vibrant learning community committed to academic excellence and student development. We are currently seeking dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our team and support classroom instruction when regular teachers are absent.

Position Summary:
As a Substitute Teacher, you will implement lesson plans, maintain a positive classroom environment, and support the learning objectives set by the classroom teacher. This is an on-call position, with assignments ranging from half-day to full-day coverage across grade levels PreK- 8.

Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
• Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a productive learning environment
• Supervise students during class time, transitions, and lunch/recess (as assigned)
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher about the day’s activities and student behavior
• Uphold school policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Compensation:

• $135 per day
• Flexible schedule based on your availability
