Anticipated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) 2025-2026SY
Hourly Rate of Pay: $31.68
Hours: 6.25 hours per day ; 31.25 hours per week
GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION:
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements behavior support plans under the supervision of the Special Education Teacher(s) and the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to ensure that students with significant disabilities are demonstrating academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth in the least restrictive environment. They must demonstrate the skills of effective collaboration with colleagues, flexibility, self-motivation, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
