Qualifications:
- Appropriate CT teaching certification for middle school Social Studies
- Administers education curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives
- Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to student learning
- Strong knowledge base in the discipline
- Strong understanding of the developmental needs of young adolescents
- Experience in student assessment and program design
- Motivation to meet the diverse needs of middle school learners
- Enthusiasm for teaching and learning
