Job Description:
CPS has immediate need for substitute personnel to work with students in grades Pre-k through 12. Earn $125/day in a collegial, clean and safe work environment assisting teachers and making a difference in the quality of life of students by: working with individuals and/or small groups of students to reinforce learning of material and/or skills; assist in the implementation of individual student goals, objectives, accommodations and modifications; facilitate the integration of students within the general education classroom and the school environment and other related duties.
In addition to a desire to work with children and/or young adults, qualified applicants need only to have:

• High school diploma or GED and:

• two years of college credits (60) or,
• Associates degree or, 
• Successful passing score of 457 on CT State Paraprofessional Assessment and,
• Successful experience with children, preferably in a school setting

• Acceptable results of a criminal background check.
