LEARN, southeastern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center, invites candidates to apply for a Long Term Substitute Teacher opening in an elementary school classroom at our Regional Multicultural Magnet School for the remainder of the 2024-25 school year. Valid CT Elementary Certification required. Experience working with elementary aged children preferred.
The Substitute Teacher shall:
• Maintain each student’s learning in a well organized, positive classroom environment.
• Work cooperatively with staff, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
• Maintain professional attitudes and competence.
• Effectively manage student behavior.
