Job Description:
Custodian – Floater to work at various locations 

Part-Time 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Valid driver's license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Clean and wash floors and walls; dust and polish furniture
• Wash exterior windows from ground level and interior windows from ladder, as required
• Clean light fixtures, change electrical light lamps and bulbs
• Clean restrooms and facilities
• Strip, wax and polish floors
• Drive van and deliver supplies
• Open and secure facilities as needed
• Sweep sidewalks, remove snow from walkways, mow grounds, rake, and trim shrubbery, pick up waste from lawns, and rake and clean play areas, as appropriate
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor
