ACES Clinical Services is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time ABA Instructor positions in our Insurance-Based ABA program, providing essential services to preschool-aged children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. - Morning shifts: 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM
- Afternoon shifts: 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
- Flexible schedules, up to 30 hours per week!
- Data Collection & Assessment: Track and review client progress, notify supervisors of key developments and maintain organized, detailed session notes.
- Client Interaction: Implement behavior intervention plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote skill acquisition. Support learning and independence in various settings.
- Collaboration & Communication: Participate in team meetings, communicate regularly with supervisors, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is passionate about helping children.
- Passion for working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families
- A commitment to ongoing learning and adherence to ACES’ policies and procedures
- Applicants must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within four months of hire. Don’t worry—we provide comprehensive support in this process!
- ACES offers supervision hours for staff working toward their BCBA certification.
