Key Responsibilities:
IT Management:
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the district’s IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect district data.
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate technology into the curriculum.
- Manage IT resources by developing a strategic forecast of replacement of equipment
- Assist in the development and management of the district’s budget.
- Support the Business Manager in financial planning and analysis.
- Coordinate and manage grant applications and reporting.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to school funding and grants.
- Provide problem-solving support to business operations and administrative functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management and/or business administration.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Experience with grant writing and management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
