Position Description
Grove School seeks an engaging, student-focused Spanish Teacher to join our Academic Department. The teacher will deliver Spanish I–III. Collaboration with academic, clinical, and residential colleagues is essential to our relationship-based model.

Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish courses to middle and high school students.
- Develop and implement lessons aligned with CT and national World Language standards.
- Assess and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate regularly with faculty, clinicians, and residential staff.
- Participate in faculty meetings, advisory, and professional development.
- Contribute to the overall school community through co-curricular involvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or related field
- CT Certification in World Languages (or eligibility for certification).
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning or emotional needs preferred.
- Excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
