Job Title: Adult Ed Facilitator
Reports To: Superintendent
Location: Adult Ed building
Level: Facilitator
Education: CT Teaching Certificate
Salary: Grant Funded – 16-20 hours per week for 40 weeks at the Homebound rate
Preferred Experience: Teaching and experience in an Adult Education environment

Job Title: Adult Ed Facilitator

Experience:
- Assist with local, state and federal grant-funded program planning and provide oversight of program operations
- Supervision of curriculum, instruction, assessment and delivery of services in alignment with College and Career Readiness Standards
- Budget development
- Collect data to measure impact on instruction and student achievement
- Develop goals related to teacher practice and student growth
- Develop and revise curriculum and various types of assessments that align with district initiatives
Minimum Qualifications/Skills: The successful candidate must have:
- Completed the CCS training
- CCS Program Facilitator Professional Development Certification
- Knowledge and competency with the CSDE LACES reporting system
- Completed the training for Pearson VUE GED Site Coordinator and GED test proctoring
- Familiarity of the relationship involved with working with the CT. Workforce Alliance/American Job Center
- Possess strong classroom management and organizational skills
