Title Teacher Summer 2008 ONLY
City Middletown and Plainville
Description In a summer education program, the teacher plans, prepares and delivers instructional objectives and activities for children with special needs in a classroom and community setting. The teacher will be responsible for the organization of students, classroom management, interaction assessments and related services staff.
Summer position only. Teacher must be able to work independent of on site supervision. while following CREC policies as well as those of the program site.
Requirements CT Teacher Certification. CT Special Education certification preferred as well as experience working in a transdisciplinary setting with students with special needs.
