Description:
The Regional School District No. 6 Board of Education is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as Interim Principal of Wamogo Regional High School, with leadership skills in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, improving student achievement and performance, and building effective community/school relationships.

Desired Qualifications and Strengths:
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to lead
teachers, parents, and members of the school community.
- Ability to articulate specific knowledge of current
educational and leadership theory and practices.
- Ability to bring research-based insight to curriculum
development in order to improve student achievement.
- Strong knowledge of instruction and assessment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use technology for data analysis to improve
student learning.
- Previous administrative experience at the high school
level preferred.
- Connecticut Administrative Certification (092)
