| The Unified School District II is seeking applicants for a State School Teacher position for the Walter G. Cady School at the Connecticut Juvenile Training School, Middletown, Connecticut. Salary Range $50,181.00 - $56,385.00 This is a full-time, 35 hours per week, position. Qualified Applicants must be certified in Special Education, certification 165/065. Experience in an educational program within a Residential Treatment Facility and experience with a culturally diverse student population preferred. Internal transfer candidates will be given first consideration. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Employment in this class is conditional upon possession of a valid Connecticut State Board of Education teaching certificate appropriate to the teaching assignment.
